Sean O’Driscoll, Founder & Chief Strategist, Springbank Partners

An experienced Microsoft Executive, founder of boutique consultancy Ant’s Eye View, PwC Partner and Strategic Advisor, O’Driscoll brings decades of hands-on leadership and strategic consulting across numerous business sectors and industries.  In residency executive roles as Chief Strategy Officer in both technology companies and direct to consumer retail has provided Sean with unique experience as both an enterprise leader and top level strategic advisor.

A pragmatic and proven practitioner, Sean works directly with business executives, corporate boards and Private Equity entities in driving proven results across Digital, Customer Experience, Corporate Strategy, Change Management and Strategic Communications. He fervently believes that a great strategy is a strategy that gets executed and knows how to facilitate executive team alignment to produce measurable business results while producing tangible value that scales.

Kate Niederhoffer, Ph.D.

Kate is a social psychologist with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research and research strategy. She consults with human-centric organizations on the development of research programs, ethical data collection, and usage practices. She has led research and product development through Knowable Research while maintaining research positions at a variety of emotional health and wellness solutions, including Unlikely Collaborators, humanest, and 7 Cups.

Prior to that, Kate was the founder of Sooth, a mobile platform for advice acquired by DreamsCloud (2016). She began her career developing social media measurement methods and standards for market research purposes at Nielsen Online (BuzzMetrics) and leading research and strategy for the social business intelligence firm, Dachis Group (acquired by Sprinklr). When not in the lab, she studies the wild beasts known as her four children and seeks solace in spinning, running, and yoga.


Mark Soohoo

Mark SooHoo, B2B Healthcare + Wellness Marketing Executive

Mark has been leading integrated marketing and communications efforts for over 20 years and has broad experience in all aspects of marketing with an emphasis on digital communications including marketing technology, social media, website design, and online advertising.

He specializes in healthcare and B2B marketing having worked in-house at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and a medical device startup that scaled 80x in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Mark previously served in leadership roles at Edelman and Burson-Marsteller in the United States and the United Arab Emirates after more than a decade leading digital operations for political organizations, most notably as Deputy eCampaign Director for John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign.
